Giving Terms & FAQs

Last updated: June 2026

Thank you for giving to Declare. Your gift keeps the Word free and flowing. Here is exactly what happens when you give.

Declare is a ministry of JC Kingdom Ventures, LLC (“we,” “us”). These terms explain what happens when you give. By giving, you agree to them.

1. Your gift supports the mission

Your gift helps keep Declare free for everyone and helps it reach more people with God’s Word. Gifts are general support for the ministry, and we use them at our discretion to operate and grow the work. A gift is a gift, not a purchase. You do not receive any product or service in return.

2. Gifts are not tax-deductible

JC Kingdom Ventures, LLC is a for-profit company, not a 501(c)(3) charity, so gifts are not tax-deductible. We will never tell you otherwise. If you have tax questions, please talk to your own tax advisor.

3. Refunds

Gifts are non-refundable. That said, we are human and so are payment systems. If something obviously went wrong, like a duplicate charge, a wrong amount, or a clear mistake, email us at [email protected] within 90 days and we will make it right.

4. Recurring gifts (the Wellspring)

If you choose to give on a repeating schedule, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the amount and on the frequency you selected, automatically, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected] (and, when available, from your account). Canceling stops all future charges. Gifts already processed are not refunded, except for the obvious errors described above. You will receive a receipt by email after each charge. If a recurring charge fails, we may try again or pause your recurring gift.

5. Payments and security

Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure third-party processor. We never see or store your full card number. By giving, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Currency

Gifts are charged in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank may add its own conversion or foreign-transaction fee, which we do not control.

7. Your information

When you give, we collect your name and email, and Stripe handles your payment details. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Problems or disputes

If anything looks wrong, please email us first at [email protected] before disputing the charge with your bank. We want to fix it quickly, and almost always can.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its “last updated” date, always lives on this page.

10. Contact

Questions about giving? Email [email protected].

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
