Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Declare is offered as a gift to encourage you in the Word. Please use it with that spirit — and with wisdom.

Acceptance

By using Declare, a product of JC Kingdom Ventures (“Declare,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What Declare is

Declare provides Scripture-rooted encouragement — verses, short reflections, declarations, and prayers — along with a Bible reader, a place to save what speaks to you (Anchor), and a church finder. It is a devotional tool, offered freely.

Not professional advice

Declare offers encouragement rooted in Scripture. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, please use the resources on our Find help now page — call or text 988, or 911 for emergencies.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Scripture & content

Bible text is provided under the terms of each translation’s publisher. AI-generated reflections and prayers are offered to encourage you and may not be perfect; weigh everything against Scripture and the counsel of your local church.

Giving

Declare is free. Optional gifts (a tithe) help keep it free for others and are handled by a secure third-party processor. Gifts may be tax-deductible where applicable.

Changes & termination

We may update the service or these Terms; meaningful changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. You may stop using Declare or delete your account at any time from Account.

Disclaimer & liability

Declare is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JC Kingdom Ventures is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.
